To do this, we keep up with innovation from the major players in the mobile industry, and as a result, our customers get the peace of mind they deserve. One example of this commitment is our Mobile OS Guarantee.
Mobile OS Guarantee
The Zenprise Commitment: We will support every major Operating System (OS) release from the original manufacturer/maker as soon as possible yet no later than 90 days of it becoming commercially available to the public. This includes:
- Apple iOS
- Google Android OS
- RIM Blackberry
- Symbian
- Microsoft Windows Mobile
OS EOL/EOS Policy
Zenprise reserves the right to stop support for an OS or version thereof. In most cases, but not limited to, this is done as a result of the original manufacturer’s decision to EOL/EOS this version. Zenprise will publish notice of EOL/EOS decisions on this page and will provide as much advanced notice as possible.
