QuickStart Program
Hit the ground running
Your mobile enterprise gets more complex every day. So, if you’re like most of our customers, the urgency of securing mobile devices in your enterprise is a project you wanted to complete yesterday. We get it. That’s why we created QuickStart, a program designed to get you up and running with Zenprise® MobileManager™ as quickly as possible, in your own unique environment. Through the QuickStart Program, the Zenprise MobileManager will be fully installed, initial test devices enrolled, and your authorized technical contacts will have received fundamental product training.
How it happens
The QuickStart Program is delivered remotely via web-based remote access tools by a certified Zenprise expert. This expert will be assigned to deliver the QuickStart Program for your organization once you’ve signed up. We will handle the logistical details to make you successful.
Once we have confirmed that your infrastructure meets our configuration requirements, the QuickStart Program typically takes 2–4 hours to complete.
Learn From the Experts
As intuitive as Zenprise MobileManager is, your company is not going to wait for you to learn everything on your own. That’s why we’ve included our Sys Admin Fundamentals training, a course designed to teach you everything you need to get started with some of the most common steps customers need to take in managing and securing their mobile enterprise. Sys Admin Fundamentals can be scheduled to run before, during, or after the installation. This course is taught by an instructor over the web and takes 4 hours to complete. Upon signing up for the QuickStart Program you will be provided with enrollment and participation instructions for each authorized technical contact.
