How it happens

The Zenprise HealthCheck Program is delivered remotely via web-based remote access tools by a certified Zenprise expert.  This expert will be assigned to deliver the HealthCheck Program for your organization once you’ve signed up.

The first step is to review your Zenprise installation and configuration. During this review your Zenprise expert will verify that the latest software patches have been installed and that Zenprise licensing and APNS certificates are in order.

Following the installation and configuration review, you will receive proactive mobile device management advice and recommendations.

Learn from the experts

With the HealthCheck you will receive basic administrator training to help refresh your knowledge of Zenprise software. Optionally, with the HealthCheck Plus you will receive our Sys Admin Fundamentals training, a course designed to teach you everything you need to get started with some of the most common steps customers need to take in managing and securing their mobile enterprise. Sys Admin Fundamentals can be scheduled to run before, during, or after the implementation review. This course is taught by an instructor over the web and takes 4 hours to complete. Upon signing up for the HealthCheck Plus you will be provided with enrollment and participation instructions for one participant.
