For higher level support administrators responsible for fixing issues, Zenprise includes a Diagnose and Resolve dashboard that shows detected root causes across each messaging component along with detailed resolution instructions on how to fix the problem.
Administrators can look at the detected symptoms that were correlated into the root cause to get an understanding of how and why Zenprise reported the issue.
When applicable, links to Microsoft and RIM KB articles are also provided.
In addition to an infrastructure view, the system administrators can also specify exactly which components to receive notifications on. For example, you can configure Zenprise to send email alerts about AD servers, Exchange servers, or BES servers to the respective administrators responsible for those components. Therefore, you can filter alerts such that only the alerts of interest are sent to the administrator.

Also included are reports and performance charts of usage and performance charts that can be used for capacity planning purposes.
