Zenprise MobileManager includes Connectors that enable smooth integration with widely-used third party monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Connectors for Monitoring Tool Integrations include Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), HP OpenView and CA Unicenter. When Zenprise automatically detects and troubleshoots a problem, the issue is also reported through the Microsoft SCOM console, to provide support teams with more visibility into the end-to-end mobile service.

- Connectors for Ticketing System Integrations include BMC Remedy. When Zenprise identifies
a mobile issue, the Connector automatically opens a support
ticket and fills in the relevant fields to save support
teams time and simplify problem resolution with a higher
degree of accuracy. An example is shown below.
