Zenprise Mobile Manager installs quickly, out-of-the-box, with minimal configuration or customization required. After a straightforward installation of the server package, you bring up the Zenprise console. You first specify the users who should have access to Zenprise and their associated role. You then specify the sites and domains that you are interested in monitoring.
Zenprise offers different operational modes depending on the level of troubleshooting you are interested in and available account permissions. Depending on the chose mode, you are prompted for the appropriate Windows accounts. For example, you can choose to only monitor BES servers and associated users in which case you only have to specify the BES admin account.

After entering the necessary Windows accounts, you then proceed to run Discovery in which Zenprise will automatically query your Active Directory structure to discover your users, BES Servers, AD servers, and/or Exchange servers.
