Zenprise Mobile Manager is a comprehensive solution that
automatically monitors and troubleshoots the entire mobile service including Exchange servers, BlackBerry servers, BES SQL database, networks, wireless carriers, and devices. In addition to monitoring and reporting on the availability of all services and components, Zenprise Mobile Manager looks at system configurations (such as Exchange and BES configurations), performance (such as server CPU utilization), connectivity (MAPI, SRP, BES database), calendar synchronization, and much, much more. Zenprise essentially finds any issue that impacts a user’s ability to utilize their device.
Zenprise Mobile Manager utilizes ZenPro™ automation technology to examine issues across the mobile service, intelligently monitoring and troubleshooting your system to boil down symptoms into actionable root causes. Detailed step-by step resolution plans customized for your environment are presented to quickly resolve the issue and ensure continuity of service to your end users.
The Zenprise Mobile Manager is comprised of the following three components:
- Service Manager – Service Manager automatically monitors & troubleshoots mobile performance & availability problems that impact service to your end users.
- Best Practice Manager – Best Practice Manager analyzes various configurations to determine whether your configurations match vendor specifications and best practices.
- Capacity Manager – Capacity Manager profiles performance of users, applications (BES, Exchange, Active Directory, etc), and the operating system to help you understand capacity and plan for growth, or help with server consolidation.

It utilizes a patent-pending technology ZenPro™ to drive automation.
