Fremont, CA - December 19, 2006 — Zenprise, Inc. today announced a channel partner agreement with Lightspeed, Inc. (www.light-speed.jp/english/) headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, as the exclusive distributor of Zenprise's automated email troubleshooting software in Japan, Korea, and Greater China.
By this agreement, LightSpeed will also assist in localization of Zenprise's software and provide localized services around the software solution.
LightSpeed Distribution Strategy
Zenprise provides service-management software that proactively troubleshoots and identifies fixes to problems across the Microsoft Exchange environment. Microsoft Exchange has the leading market share among enterprises in the Japanese and US markets. The combination of Microsoft Exchange, bundled with an automated email troubleshooting tool, has the potential to greatly increase overall market penetration of Exchange.
Initial targets focus on enterprises who have adopted Exchange in Japan, Korea and Greater China. Lightspeed intends to partner with outsourced email service providers, as well as with system integrators who sell and integrate Exchange Servers.
