ZENPRISE FORMS BOARD OF ADVISORS WITH LEADING INDUSTRY EXPERTS

Operations and Messaging Experts to Advise Emerging Leader in Exchange Management

Fremont, CA - September 26, 2005 — Today Zenprise, Inc., an emerging leader in service management software for Microsoft Exchange announced the formation of an advisory board of leading industry experts. Tony Redmond, VP and CTO of HP Services, author of 10 books, including Microsoft Exchange 2003, Microsoft Exchange Server for Windows 2000: Planning, Design and Implementation, Microsoft Exchange 5.5: Planning, Design, and Implementation, Elias VarVarezes, Messaging Architect and contributing author to the Microsoft Operational Framework (MOF), Stephen Gillett, Senior Director of Engineering Operations at Yahoo! and Frank Artale, former General Manager of the Windows 2000 Group at Microsoft. The advisory board will provide the company with strategic direction in developing solutions that deliver real-time, automated diagnosis and resolution of email problems.

Tony Redmond is the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of HP Services, the $15 billion division of HP that provides consulting, support, and outsourcing services to customers around the world. Tony is a well-known author and has written ten books covering electronic messaging, his special area of competence. He is a contributing editor to Windows IT Pro Magazine and is a frequent speaker at conferences.

Elias VarVarezis is a Messaging Architect and Microsoft MVP. He is one of the contributing authors of the Microsoft Operational Frameworks (MOF), a framework that describes proven team structures and operational processes and applies best information technology (IT) practices to improve the efficiency and quality of IT operations, similar to the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Elias has over 10 years of consulting experience, in the financial, pharmaceutical, ISP/ASP, high tech, government and entertainment industries.

Stephen Gillett is currently the Senior Director of Engineering Operations at Yahoo! Inc. His current responsibilities encompass the area of utility computing and virtualization as it applies to the operational computing architecture of the Yahoo! and subsidiary companies IT infrastructure. Prior to Yahoo!, Stephen was the Vice President of Information Systems for CNET Networks in San Francisco.

Frank Artale was formerly general manager in the Windows 2000 group at Microsoft Corporation. Frank's nine-year career at Microsoft Corporation included responsibility in the areas of product development and sales. For his efforts on Windows NT adoption, Frank received the Microsoft Chairman's Award for Top U.S. Member of Technical Staff in 1993 and was also named the top Systems Engineer in the same year. More recently, Frank was vice president of the Windows Solutions Group for VERITAS availability products at VERITAS Software. At VERITAS he oversaw overall product strategy of the Windows targeted availability solutions. Frank co-founded and served as CEO of Consera Software, acquired by HP in 2004. Frank is currently Chairman of Realm Systems.
