Zenprise is Recognized by Windows IT Pro for the Editor's Best Awards in Messaging
Fremont, CA – August 1, 2007 – Zenprise today announced it was named as a finalist in the "Editor's Best Awards" in messaging by Penton Media's Windows IT Pro®.
"The 2007 Editor's Best Awards utilize our editors' product knowledge and subject matter expertise to identify exceptional products that have been covered in the pages of Windows IT Pro and its online newsletters, and which benefit the Windows IT Pro reader community," said Kim Paulsen, group publisher.
"Our editors are tough, in-the-trenches critics," Paulsen continued. "They demand solid value and performance from the products they select. Editor's Best Award winners can feel proud that the products and services they developed have earned the respect and recognition of the Windows IT Pro editorial staff."
Zenprise proactively monitors BlackBerry and Exchange infrastructure and end-users to identify and prevent email problems. The software uses patent-pending algorithms to pinpoint the most complex end user related email issues in real time. With embedded RIM and Microsoft Exchange KnowledgeBase articles, Zenprise delivers step-by-step instructions to fix these problems.
"Our customers find that they are able to prevent email service outages and resolve issues up to 90% faster." said Jayaram Bhat, CEO of Zenprise. This latest recognition from Windows IT Pro is another testament to the value we bring to the messaging community."
Zenprise and its products have continued to gain the admiration of the industry. In 2007, Zenprise won the Technology of the Year award in InfoWorld's annual Technology of the Year issue, SearchExchange.com's "2006 Product of the Year," and was a finalist in the Red Herring 100 Awards.
