Industry Veteran Chartered with Expanding Global Sales
Fremont, CA - July 10, 2006 — Zenprise, Inc. today announced the appointment of business and sales veteran, Dixie Baker, as vice president of sales. Baker is a veteran of industry-leading companies with over 15 years experience building successful sales organizations. She has a history of success acquiring enterprise customers and driving revenue growth. As VP of sales, her experience will help to drive Zenprise into the global market and expand the company's reseller program.
Baker brings an expertise in global application infrastructure sales to Zenprise. She will focus on introducing Zenprise into new international markets and seeking out new OEM opportunities for the company's service-management software for Microsoft Exchange.
"I've worked with a number of enterprise software solutions and Zenprise has the most intelligent approach to troubleshooting I've seen," Baker said. "The company is experiencing rapid growth and I'm excited to help introduce this innovative product to new customers and partners."
Baker was recently vice president of sales at FineGround Networks, which was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2005. Prior to FineGround, Dixie established the sales organization at UpShot (acquired by Siebel Systems) and played an integral role in launching its first on-demand CRM service. Dixie also held both sales and sales management roles at Remedy Corporation and Network General.
