BLACKBERRY MONITORING SOFTWARE PROVIDER INTRODUCES SUPPORT FOR MICROSOFT EXCHANGE 2007, WINDOWS SERVER 2008 ACTIVE DIRECTORY AND WINDOWS 64 BIT OS

Fremont, CA, May 13, 2008 - Zenprise, Inc. today introduced Zenprise version 4.0, software that automatically troubleshoots end user issues in BlackBerry(R) Enterprise Server (BES) environments. Version 4.0 will give organizations running Microsoft(R) Exchange Server 2007 and Windows Server 2008 Active Directory an end to end view of their BlackBerry messaging environment. Additionally, the latest version provides native support of Windows Server 2003 x64. The inherent advantages of the 64 bit architecture will enable Zenprise to provide unparalleled performance to those customers significantly growing their BlackBerry deployments.

Zenprise's latest version adds 500 new problem signature files to the Zenprise Symptom Database. These signature files automatically detect issues that can impact a user's ability to send/receive emails or view calendar entries from their BlackBerry smartphone. Including these new problem signature files, Zenprise can now automatically identify and help fix 6,500 unique problems across the BlackBerry messaging infrastructure.

Zenprise software automatically troubleshoots end user issues across the entire BlackBerry environment. Unlike traditional monitoring solutions, Zenprise identifies the root cause of user issues and provides detailed resolution instructions to fix these problems. In addition to monitoring the BlackBerry(R) Enterprise
Server, Zenprise is the only solution that also checks wireless network availability, Active Directory health, BlackBerry SRP availability, carrier availability, WAN/LAN network performance, and overall Microsoft Exchange server health.

Zenprise 4.0 Pricing and Availability
Pricing begins at $35 per user for 1000 users. Zenprise 4.0 will be available in July 2008.
