ZENPRISE EXTENDS MICROSOFT SYSTEM CENTER OPERATIONS MANAGER 2007 WITH AUTOMATED TROUBLESHOOTING

Zenprise’s Deep Integration with Operations Manager 2007 Reduces Alert Volume up to 95% and Decreases Troubleshooting Time up to 80%

Fremont, CA - March 28, 2007 — Zenprise, Inc. today announced general availability of the Zenprise Connector for Operations Manager 2007, a solution that extends Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007 with advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities. The deeply integrated solution reduces alert volume and significantly decreases the troubleshooting time associated with application problems.

Zenprise enables system and email administrators to quickly and proactively resolve the most complex issues across their enterprise Exchange and BlackBerry environments. The Zenprise Connector for Operations Manager 2007 is available as part of Zenprise 3.0 The integration extends Exchange, Active Directory, Domain Naming System, Internet Information Server, Windows Server Operations Manager management packs with over 5,000 advanced diagnostic tests used to automatically troubleshoot problems. Additionally, context sensitive step-by-step resolution instructions are embedded directly in the Operations Manager console, enabling quicker resolution to email problems.

The Zenprise Connector for Operations Manager 2007 also gives IT professionals the ability to do more with the same resources. By automating the troubleshooting process, Zenprise quickly isolates the true cause of problems across their environment. This frees IT professionals from manual and time consuming troubleshooting tasks.
