Award recognizes technologies with greatest impact in 2006
Fremont, CA - January 3, 2007 — InfoWorld selected Zenprise as the Best Exchange Troubleshooting Solution in its annual Technology of the Year issue. The award recognizes the top 10 technologies that made the greatest impact in 2006. Zenprise was selected for its unique approach in automatically troubleshooting email performance and availability problems.
InfoWorld highlights the award-winning solution by saying that Zenprise "does one thing and does it very well: troubleshooting. It looks over your Exchange servers, finds problems, and recommends easy-to-understand solutions that will actually fix the issues. Using historical trends built from your Exchange data, Zenprise even proactively identifies potential issues before they cause problems."
"Zenprise's unique approach leverages automation, expert knowledge and insight to find and fix IT issues," said Jayaram Bhat, CEO of Zenprise. "This accolade reinforces what we've heard from customers and industry insiders-that businesses are looking for effective, automated and smart solutions that increase application performance and availability."
Zenprise enables system and email administrators to quickly and proactively resolve the most complex Exchange issues in real time. Using patent pending algorithms, Zenprise identifies email problems in an Exchange environment, pinpoints the root cause, and delivers step-by-step instructions to fix the problem.
Zenprise and its products have continued to gain the admiration of the industry. In 2006, the company was honored by InfoWorld as one of fifteen "Startups to Watch" and was a Codie's "Software Newcomer of the Year" finalist. The product won the Best of TechEd award in the Messaging category and TechWorld's Troubleshooting/Analysis Product of the Year.
