Paul Robichaux, Partner, 3Sharp LLC.
Paul Robichaux is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Exchange MVP. He is one of the software industry’s leading experts on Microsoft Exchange. A well-known Exchange writer and teacher, Mr. Robichaux has written several books, including the Exchange Server Cookbook published by O’Reilly Media in 2005. He has developed Exchange-related products for a number of major software vendors over the past twenty-seven years; in his current position as a partner at 3sharp LLC, he validates enterprise Exchange deployments for their security, their storage management practices, and their scalability. Along with his columns for Windows IT Pro Magazine, Mr. Robichaux maintains an Exchange-themed blog at http://www.e2ksecurity.com.

Tony Redmond, VP and CTO HP Services.
Tony Redmond is the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of HP Services, the $15 billion division of HP that provides consulting, support, and outsourcing services to customers around the world. He is responsible for the technical strategy and direction of HP Services and works as a member of the overall corporate Office of Strategy and Technology to align technology strategy across the company. In addition to his responsibilities for HP Services, Tony is also responsible for the HP Security Office, the coordinating unit for strategy and direction for security products and services across all HP businesses.

Tony is a well-known author and has written ten books covering electronic messaging, his special area of competence. He is a contributing editor to Windows IT Pro Magazine and is a frequent speaker at conferences.

Elias VarVarezis
Mr. Elias VarVarezis is one of the contributing authors of the Microsoft Operational Frameworks (MOF) and the lead writer for 'Service Continuity Management', one of the more than 20 service management functions (SMFs) defined and described in Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF).

MOF’s basis lies within the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), published by the United Kingdom’s Office of Government Commerce (OGC). Published first in 1999, MOF describes proven team structures and operational processes and applies best IT practices to improve the efficiency and quality of IT operations.

In addition to his contributions to MOF, Elias has written several whitepapers for microsoft and has been the topic of industry case studies.

A Messaging Architect, Elias specializes in delivering Microsoft Exchange messaging solutions and Active Directory designs. With over 10 years of consulting experience, Elias has extensive design and implementation experience at large installations with over 60K users, in the financial, pharmaceutical, ISP/ASP, high tech, government and entertainment industries.

Stephen Gillett, CIO and Senior VP, Starbucks
As the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Starbucks, Stephen Gillett is responsible for shaping and executing the company's overall technology direction.

Stephen Gillett joined Starbucks from Corbis a privately owned Bill Gates image & media licensing company in Seattle. Prior to Corbis Stephen held an executive technology leadership role at Yahoo! (NASDAQ:YHOO) where he was responsible for managing both engineering operations and utility computing in relation to the computing architecture of leading Yahoo! properties including Y! Photos, Y! News, Y! Messenger, Flickr, Y! Finance, Y! Search and Y! Travel.

Prior to Yahoo!, Gillett was the Vice President of Information Technology for CNET Networks (NASDAQ: CNET) and responsible for key Information Systems of CNET Networks' leading brands, such as CNET, Webshots, Channel, GameSpot, News.com, Download.com, and ZDNet. He has also held management positions at companies including CenterRun Software (acquired by Sun Microsystems,( NASDAQ: SUNW) and two technology start-ups focused on online retailing and operating holdings management.

Stephen earned his BS from the University of Oregon and his MBA from San Francisco State University Beta Gamma Sigma.

Frank Artale
Most recently, Frank Artale was a founder and CEO of Consera Software in Redmond, WA. He was active in all aspects of company operations. His specific responsibilities include management of business operations, customers, partners, and investors. In February of 2004, Consera was acquired by HP.

Before founding Consera, Frank was an executive at VERITAS Software. As vice president of the Windows Solutions Group for VERITAS availability products at VERITAS Software, he oversaw overall product strategy of the Windows targeted availability solutions.

Prior to VERITAS, he was the general manager in the Windows 2000 group at Microsoft Corporation. Frank's nine-year career at Microsoft Corporation included responsibility in the areas of product development and sales. For his efforts on Windows NT adoption, Frank received the Microsoft Chairman's Award for Top U.S. Member of Technical Staff in 1993 and was also named the top Systems Engineer in the same year.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Frank was a principal at FD Consulting, Inc., NY where he led the design and engineering efforts for trader workstation products He began his career as a programmer analyst, working on retail brokerage systems, at the Monchik-Weber Corporation, NY.

Currently, Frank is active in the venture capital community and is Chairman of Realm Systems. He was recently Chairman of Rendition Networks (sold to Opsware in January 2005). He is an advisor to Centrify Software and Zenprise.

Frank graduated from Monsignor Farrell High School in 1983 and attended the Polytechnic Institute of New York before joining Monchik-Weber Corporation in 1984.
