The Zenprise management team brings a vast array of enterprise software and services expertise to the enterprise mobile management industry, drawing upon leadership from Mercury Interactive, Cisco, Loudcloud and Accenture. Zenprise is thriving under the guidance and leadership of some of the brightest minds and most experienced executives in our industry today. The company is funded by premier venture firms, including Bay Partners, Ignition Partners, Mayfield Fund, Rembrandt Venture Partners, and Shasta Ventures.

Dr. Waheed Qureshi is the Founder, Chairman and CTO of Zenprise Inc. Prior to Zenprise, Dr. Qureshi founded Zambeel, a venture-funded company focused on delivering scalable network attached storage sub-systems. Prior to Zambeel, he was at eXcelon Corporation where he focused on ObjectStore, the industry-leading distributed object-oriented database management system. His co-authored publications have appeared in ACM SIGMOD (Special Interest in Management of Data) and VLDB (Very Large Databases). Dr. Qureshi is a member of IEEE (Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers), ACM (Association of Computing Machinery), Tau Beta Pai (National Engineering Honor Society), and Eta Kappa Nu (Electrical Engineering Honor Society), and is the co-author of several U.S. patents pending. His current technical interests and expertise include storage sub-systems, file and data management and autonomic computing. Qureshi holds a PhD in Computer Sciences from USC.

As CEO of Terracotta, Inc, Amit Pandey accelerated the revenue growth of the company, tripling year over year sales of their innovative in memory data store – BigMemory and establishing their data cache as the clear market leader for high performance Java applications. Amit grew the Data Management Unit at NetApp by several hundred million dollars while serving as its Vice President and General Manager. He also led NetApp’s Enterprise Security Gateway Business and helped establish it as the industry market leader. Prior to NetApp, Amit was with McKinsey & Company. He holds a BS from Brown, and MS and MBA from MIT.

Steve Valenzuela, Chief Financial Officer, brings to Zenprise over 30 years of high-techology experience in Silicon Valley with strong international experience in Europe and Asia. Mr. Valenzuela joined Zenprise from Rainmaker Systems, a NASDAQ listed SaaS software and services company, where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for over 6 1/2 years. While at Rainmaker, Mr. Valenzuela played a key leadership role in growing the company from 100 employees to a global company with over 1,400 employees. He completed numerous financings, including a secondary financing where he raised $35 million, and 8 acquisitions including in Europe and Asia. Prior to Rainmaker, Mr. Valenzuela was the Chief Financial Officer of LinkExchange, where he negotiated and closed the sale of the company to Microsoft. Before LinkExchange, Mr. Valenzuela was the Chief Financial Officer for PlanetRx, which he took public on NASDAQ, raising $110 million, with Goldman Sachs as the lead banker. Mr. Valenzuela also held executive financial positions with Tandem Computers, Coherent Laser Group, Atari and Intel. Mr. Valenzuela holds an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University and a BS degree in Accounting from San Jose State University.
Howard Greenfield

Howard leads Zenprise's global sales strategy, including direct and channel efforts, customer support, and the expansion of the company's sales organization. Prior to Zenprise, he served as vice president of North American sales at Witness Systems, a provider of performance optimization software and services, where he developed and managed the company's $135 million business which included including inside sales, field and pre-sales, as well as alliance teams. Greenfield also spent more than nine years at Mercury Interactive as vice president of sales, leading sales and operations for the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and South America regions, and growing the business from $3 million to $112 million during his tenure. Mr. Greenfield has also held key sales and operations roles at various companies including Seagate EMS, MTI and NYNEX.

Todd Terbeek has more than 20 years of sales, business development and marketing experience working for companies in the Enterprise Software, Network Security and Management, E-commerce, Online Business Services and Consumer Product Retail industries - from start ups to Fortune 200 Public Companies. Prior to Zenprise, Mr. Terbeek was the VP of Sales & Business Development for Lockdown Networks, a company focused on Network Access Control and Device Policy Enforcement that was acquired by McAfee. Prior to Lockdown Networks, he was a member of the founding executive teams at Network Management vendor Singlestep Technologies, and E-commerce SaaS provider Network Commerce from start up through IPO. Mr. Terbeek holds a B.A. from DePauw University, and an MBA from the University of Illinois.

Chris Doell leads Zenprise’s portfolio of global client services, including customer support, account management, implementation services and channel partner enablement. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience with on-premise and SaaS-based software companies where he managed worldwide service teams to build high customer loyalty and retention. Prior to Zenprise, Mr. Doell held leadership positions at Intuit, Macromedia, NetGravity/Doubleclick, Workshare and Yieldex. He also was Founder and CEO of sportsTALK.com, an online sports content publisher that was acquired by ESPN. Mr. Doell holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.

Jay Jawahar has over 25 years of experience developing high technology projects. Prior to Zenprise, Mr. Jawahar was Co-founder and VP of Engineering at Fineground Networks, a company focused on network traffic optimization. Fineground was later acquired by Cisco Systems. Prior to Fineground, he was VP of Engineering and CTO at Cashedge.com, VP of Engineering and Co-founder of CommerceSoft, and Chief Architect at Gupta Technologies. Mr. Jawahar holds 14 patents and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin at Madison, and a BTech in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Ahmed Datoo's experience in the technology industry spans strategic planning, brand marketing, software engineering and product management. Prior to Zenprise, Mr. Datoo was at EDS, where he was a global Director of Product Development. While at EDS, he built and launched several workflow automation and monitoring automation modules that generated multi-million dollar savings globally. Prior to EDS, Mr. Datoo was on Loudcloud's product management team where he focused on monitoring, storage and performance networking products. Previously, he was a brand manager at Yahoo! where he co-developed the print and radio promotions for Yahoo! Shopping. Mr. Datoo began his career as a strategy consultant at Accenture where he created high tech product development strategies for telecos, media conglomerates and hardware manufacturers. Mr. Datoo holds an MBA, M.A., and B.A. from Stanford University.
